Traditional loft boarding is heavy.  New build houses couldn't hold the extra bearing weight of a traditional boarded loft, but that doesnt mean new build houses need to forfeit having a useable loft space.    Loftzone have  a solution for new build houses, its a multi award winning, NHBC approved, extremely lightweight  system  spreads the load of the bearing weight evenly, coupled with the lightweight frame, will not invalidate your new build warranty.  The system has the  added advantage of allowing your insulation to breathe and be more efficient as it isn't squashed in place, does not gather condensation over time and therefore works better and lasts longer,  saving you money on your heating bills.
